My Wisconsin cheese and bratwurst soup is a rich and flavorful thick combination that showcases the best of Wisconsin. I combine the savory, smoky goodness of bratwurst sausages with the creamy richness of Wisconsin’s extra sharp cheddar cheese with bits of carrot, celery and onion to round it out. This is definitely one of my go to soups because it is going to fill you up and fuel you up.
